The Smallest Things...

On Wednesday July 18th, we welcomed Mackenzie Jane into the world. There has been "radio silence" on the blog due to adjusting to our new life, though I have quite a few things on deck. No doubt she will be a badass grappler who easily exceeds the abilities of her father.

The smallest things....take up the most space in our hearts


A week old, and already a blue belt?
