I have recently decided to take my game to the next level. I have changed my diet.. So far I am a couple of weeks in, and already, I feel much better...

I am going to drop weight to get down into the 220-225lb range. So far so good...

The above picture is funny.... but so true... I can't let this stop me..

Update: So far as of Aug 10th 2012, I have lost 21 pounds...woot woot!!
